How do I check the status of my order?

Simply log into your blueskysupply.com account and select “Order History” in the “My Account” page. if you still have questions about your order, please send an email to customerservice@blueskysupply.com

Where do you ship?

We currently ship to the U.S. only. At this time, we don’t ship internationally, but send us an email at customerservice@blueskysupply.com with your country and request.

How much does shipping cost?

Each product has different shipping costs based on weight and the state of the delivery, it also depends on the type of the shipping service you select. 

In order to see the exact shipping price calculation please fill your cart with all the items you would like to purchase and continue the ordering process until the "SHIPPING METHOD" step, where the exact shipping cost will be provided. Getting to this step does not require placing an order, so no worries!

When will my order ship?

Orders received before 3:00 pm PST will ship the same day via UPS ground.

Transit times are: 
1 Business day: AZ
2-3 Business days:
AR, CA, CO, ID, KS, LA, MS, MT, NM, NV, OK, OR, TX, UT, WA WY. 
4-5 Business days:
AL, AR, CT, DC, DE, FL, GA, IA, IL, IN, KY, MA, MD, ME
MI, MN, MO, NC, ND, NE, NJ, NY, OH, PA, RI, SC, SD, TN, VA, VT, WI, WV.

Where is my order/shipping confirmation email?

You should receive your order confirmation email immediately after you place your order. If you don’t, please check your junk/spam filter. You should also receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking numbers once your order has been shipped. How do I return a product?

- Contact Blue Sky Supply Customer Service at 602. 775.5098 to issue a return authorization.

-Only merchandise in its original unopened shipping packages will be authorized for return.

-A 20% restocking fee will apply to all returns, except for merchandise returned due to a shipping error or defect.

-No returns will be accepted on custom,  special order or discontinued products.

-All return requests must be made within 30 days of the invoice date.
