Description
Valutek’s VTEPCVRL launderable polyester coveralls are engineered for a variety of controlled environments, accommodating different cleanliness and static control needs. Made from NanoTek 2.5 fabric—a 94% polyester and 6% carbon blend with a 2.5x2.5 grid pattern—they are designed to meet critical ESD requirements. The material’s weave, seam construction, and stitch count efficiently contain operator-generated particles, with the fabric rigorously tested for filtration efficiency and particle release.
Unlike many cleanroom garments, all Valutek launderable apparel is free from PFAS chemical treatments, which are typically used to provide stain and liquid resistance. Our garments undergo independent “target analysis” testing for PFAS chemicals in accordance with US EPA Method 1633, with test data and certifications available upon request.
For a complete washable garment set, this coverall is compatible with Valutek’s launderable hood (Part Number: VTEPHOOD) and boot cover (Part Number: VTEPBTCV).
All Valutek garments are produced in ISO-certified facilities under stringent process control, ensuring adherence to our quality standards and product specifications.
